MARC-P Sliding gate

In the basic version, the gate wing is closed gravitationally by a counterweight. The gate is kept in the open position by an electromagnetic door holder connected to the central fire protection unit. In case of fire risk, the fire-fighting central unit releases the electromagnetic gate holder and the gate wing closes the passage between the fire zones. The gate is opened manually or automatically by an electromechanical drive. It is possible to use DC drive powered by 24V - in such case the door is provided without the counterweight and its opening/closing is carried out by the drive.

•  the shell of the gate is made of galvanized steel sheet [as a standard] with a thickness of 0.5-0.7 [mm] and coated in three basic RAL colours: 7035, 9002, 9010;

•  as a standard, all the external parts of the gate are painted (excluding the interior of the of the entrance pocket, interior of the track and elements related to electromagnetic door holder which are galvanized - painting of these elements is charged extra);

•  the gate wings have a thickness of 60[mm] (EI60) and 100[mm] (EI120) and are made of vertical panels with a width of max. 1200[mm] and a height corresponding to the door height;

• each panel of the gate wing is made of modified fire resistant mineral wool of Class A1, classified according to PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010, internally reinforced by steel bars with a diameter of 8 mm (the design protected by European patent No. W 02/079600A1);

•  running rail of the gate is made of galvanized steel sheet; its cover is made of coated sheet, having the colour of the door wing;

•  additionally reinforced gate profile;

•  a gate installed in the vertical section of the door wing;

•  stable guiding of the counterweight guarantees smooth operation of the gate.
