MARC-K Fire protection curtains
The shell of curtain is wound on the shaft and maintained in the open position by a lock with fuse element or by electric drive brake. In case of fire risk, the shell of curtain is released and it unwinds to close the fire zone.
- the gate shell made of woven fibreglass reinforced with a steel wire, for Class EW the shell is coated on both sides with a swelling mass containing carbon fibres;
- the curtain shell is wound on the shaft and mounted between the guides - this set is protected by a system of covers;
- as a standard solution, all components of gate housing are galvanized;
- a bottom ballast bar is installed along the lower edge of the shell;
- for curtains with a width of more than 5 m, shaft supporting rollers are used.
- any RAL colour for the gate guides and drive covers;
- additional accessories increasing the operational performance of the gate;
- fire protection drives, reed switches, motion detectors (priced and included in the offer on special request).
